To order your By Megan Crosby pieces to a custom size, leave your measurements in the form on the product page. If you're ordering multiple items, you will only need to submit these once for each item type.

Yes! Just select Custom Size on listings, and leave your measurements in the form. You can send your measurements after payment, via the link in your order confirmation email, or add them on the Custom Size page. Don't forget your order number! I can make up to any size.

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns. All items are made totally to order for you. If you don't order an item, it doesn't get made. Therefore I am unable to accept returns. However, if an item doesn't fit, I am always more than happy to offer alterations - read more on my Shipping & Returns page.

*** If you placed an order during my closing sale, no returns or alterations will be possible. 

Orders take around 6 weeks to be made then for UK orders, an additional 1-2 working days to be delivered. International orders can take up to 6 working days to be delivered, dependent on your country. Feel free to email if you have any questions regarding your country's delivery time, or check out the Shipping & Returns page for more info.

As everything is made to order, next day delivery is not an option for products on the website.

However, once we ship your gorg order, it will arrive the following working day if you're based in the UK.

All By Megan Crosby pieces are totally made to order by me and my small team in the UK. My studio is in Portsmouth and we make all styles from scratch. Read more about this here.

All fabrics for my collections have been sourced in the UK. The collection is made up of a mixture of fabrics that have been digitally printed using my designs, remnant fabrics, deadstock and organic cottons.

The digitally printed fabrics have been printed to order (so very small quantities) and printed using eco friendly inks & dyes, meaning no water waste. The designs have been printed on to Organic Cotton Poplin & Jersey.

Organic fabric and organic textiles are grown and harvested in controlled areas with no chemicals, herbicides or pesticides used to enhance their growth. To help them grow, natural fertilisers are used, and the soil and water are carefully monitored throughout the growing process.

There are several organic trade associations worldwide who monitor and clarify whether the fibre can be certified as “organic.” Generally, a fabric can be called organic providing 95% of the material contains the organic fibre.

Organic textiles, such as organic cotton fabric, are growing ever more popular, thanks to their eco-friendly properties and their sustainability.

All pieces are designed and made to very high standards meaning they should last a long time. In order to help them do this, make sure you check your item's individual care label for specific instructions, however generally make sure to wash on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry - whilst damp, re-shape. Iron on medium, depending on fabrication. 

If you've just found us, and the website says 'sold out' on everything... it means we're currently closed. As a made to order brand, we have a limited capacity to how many orders we can be working on at any given time. This is because we're a small team of two and we don't want you babes to wait longer than the 28 working day wait time. If you wanna find out when we're next open, it will usually say on our homepage and all over our Instagram!

Your order may take up 28 working days to arrive (weekends don’t count babes) because this is true slow fashion. We craft everything carefully and eco-consciously, to the highest standards honey.

Sustainability By Megan Crosby is the alternative to awful fast fashion giants that are polluting our planet and severely underpaying their workers. Our slow fashion business model means we use only deadstock, remnant and organic fabrics and work exclusively with OEKO-TEX certified environmentally-friendly dyes. All of our clothes are made in-house and every single garment is truly sustainable and design to last.
